Body Back - Spring Mini Session

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.
What Does Body Back Mini-Session Include?
- 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
- Online coaching and support
- Access to at home workouts and challenges
- Body Back Mini-Session is just the workout!
- Body Back Mini-Sessions do not include before/after assessments and measurements, meal planning and recipies.
- Before/after measurements and weekly weigh-ins will be available for those who are interested in tracking their progress.
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: May 16th - June 8th
- Early Mornings: 5:30-6:30am @ Music Together - Portola
- Evenings: 6:30-7:30pm @ Agape Petite Dance Studio
- Enroll by 4/30 with a $50 Deposit to hold your spot
- Balance of $100 will be charged on May 9th
