This 60-minute class combines speed and agility training, strength-building circuits, cardio intervals, and core exercises suitable for all stages of motherhood. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. If you are bringing your kiddos, please bring your stroller and/or carrier as this is a traveling class - little ones are required to be buckled in for safety.
