Running Club (5 Runs) - Spring Training 3/26-5/10

If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you. Join us for Spring Running Club Training. We'll be offering weekend runs + mid week runs and core work designed to support your running form.There will not be a "finale" race for this session, but we will suggestion several local runs for those who are interested.

Running Club is designed for moms of all levels and will incorporate distance and speed work tailor to the need of each runner and is a great way to set aside some MomME time each week. We will train you in baby steps (or strolls) even if you've never run before.

Spring Running Club Dates & Details: $50 for 5 Runs or $100 for 10 Runs
  • Sundays @ 8am (No class April 9th, 23rd & May 14th)
  • Wednesdays @ 3:30pm

Local Upcoming Races:
Running Club is open to all moms and their families! You are welcome to come with or without your strollers! Have a partner who wants to join you - bring them along to and make running a family affair this spring!
